Halyard cart designed for tensioning cable halyards and those with high stresses that traditional blockers cannot handle. This solution allows for easy adjustment of halyard tension and effective blocking. Includes specially machined holes that allow the cart to be moved with the piston in the down position and lock the cart in its new position without intervention.
