Polyform US Fenders

Utility Fenders

Utility Polyform US fenders are engineered to protect vessels during docking or mooring, offering durability and ease of use for light-duty applications. The G Series fenders are made with Polyform’s proprietary marine-grade vinyl, ensuring resistance to UV exposure, impact, and abrasion. These fenders are available in seven sizes ranging from 11.5 cm (G1) to 38.1 cm (G6) in diameter, accommodating boats from 3 meters to 12 meters in length. They feature a seamless one-piece construction, reinforced ropeholds, and a high-gloss finish for easy cleaning and aesthetic appeal.

The NF Series is designed for medium-duty applications, with thicker walls and reinforced ropeholds. This series supports vessels up to 10.6 meters in length, offering increased impact resistance and durability in more challenging environments.

Heavy-Duty Fenders

The F Series fenders are designed for demanding conditions, such as commercial fishing, navy operations, and large yachts. These cylindrical fenders are constructed from durable PVC using rotational molding technology, ensuring consistent wall thickness and a high level of structural integrity. Sizes range from F1 (11.5 cm diameter) to F13 (85 cm diameter), supporting vessels up to 65 meters in length. Key technical features include a ribbed surface to minimize rolling, a reinforced ropehold tested for high tensile loads, and excellent energy absorption properties, handling impacts of up to 3.8 ton-meters. The F Series also exhibits exceptional UV resistance and flexibility in sub-zero temperatures, making them ideal for both coastal and offshore conditions.

Polyform US Buoys

All-Purpose Buoys

The A Series buoys are the industry benchmark for versatility and performance, suitable for mooring, navigation, and fishing applications. These buoys are made from Polyform’s proprietary high-strength marine-grade vinyl using a seamless, one-piece construction process. This design eliminates weak points, ensuring maximum durability.

The A Series is available in sizes from A-0 (20 cm diameter, 5.7 liters buoyancy) to A-7 (110 cm diameter, 670 liters buoyancy). The dual-valve system allows for precise inflation and easy deflation. Reinforced ropeholds are integrally molded to withstand heavy loads, providing reliable performance even in extreme weather conditions. These buoys are UV-stabilized and exhibit excellent resistance to abrasions, oil, and saltwater.

Mooring Buoys

Polyform US CM Series mooring buoys are designed for secure anchoring in harsh marine environments. Made from rotationally molded polyethylene (PE) shells and filled with closed-cell foam, these buoys ensure that they remain unsinkable even if punctured. The integrated hot-dip galvanized steel rod provides superior strength for connecting anchors and mooring systems. Buoy sizes range from 38 cm to 77 cm in diameter, with buoyancy capacities between 16 kg and 350 kg.

The CC Series features a flexible center tube that simplifies installation and reduces stress on the mooring system. These buoys are UV-stabilized, abrasion-resistant, and available in various sizes and colors for visibility and compatibility with different marine environments.

Specialty Buoys

Polyform US LD Series specialty buoys are designed for applications such as aquaculture and commercial fishing, where reduced drag and stability are critical. Their elliptical shape minimizes water resistance while ensuring excellent buoyancy. These buoys are made of UV-stabilized polyethylene and are equipped with reinforced ropeholds for durability in rough offshore conditions. Sizes range from 20 liters to 100 liters of buoyancy capacity.

The LB Series Light Buoys integrate Jotron® light-armature compatibility for marking fishing equipment, pipelines, and submerged installations. These buoys are rotationally molded from PE and filled with EPS foam for strength and flotation. The galvanized steel armature enhances durability, ensuring long-term use in high-stress environments.

Dock Accessories and Fender Holders

Polyform US offers a range of dock accessories and fender storage solutions to complement its buoys and fenders. The True Fit Fender Holders are modular and adjustable, accommodating various fender sizes. Made from high-grade stainless steel, they are designed for corrosion resistance and long-term durability. These holders are compatible with rail diameters of 25–32 mm and are available in single-, double-, and triple-fender configurations.

Accessories include Polyform inflation adapters, hand pumps, and repair kits. These tools ensure proper maintenance and inflation of fenders and buoys, prolonging their lifespan and maintaining peak performance.

Polyform US Technical Innovations

Polyform US products are crafted using proprietary materials and advanced manufacturing techniques to deliver unparalleled performance in the marine environment. The use of marine-grade vinyl and polyethylene ensures resistance to UV rays, saltwater, and harsh weather conditions. Rotational molding technology provides a seamless, uniform finish that eliminates weak points, enhancing the strength and durability of each product. Foam-filled cores in mooring buoys prevent sinking even if the shell is punctured, while reinforced ropeholds are engineered to handle extreme tensile loads. Each product undergoes rigorous testing for impact resistance, buoyancy, and weather durability, ensuring compliance with international marine safety standards.

Polyform US continues to lead the industry through its commitment to innovation, reliability, and quality, offering products that meet the diverse needs of recreational boaters, commercial mariners, and industrial operators worldwide.
