Antal’s sailing equipment is designed to provide maximum efficiency and minimal friction. The DV Jammer is a high-tech locking system for both Dyneema™ and polyester ropes, with six models available for ropes ranging from 8 to 18 mm in diameter. The DV Jammer is highly resistant to vertical, horizontal, and torsional stresses. The DV-grip is a locking system consisting of two opposing blocks, each with a V-groove, resulting in a grip on four faces that can be brought closer to the two faces of conventional jammers. This system has the following advantages: less wear on the ropes, superior holding power, and reduced size and weight. Antal also offers a special mounting base for situations where access to studs, nuts, and washers below the Jammer is not possible (e.g., mast mounting). The base can be mounted externally with four screws (not included)
