Ronstan's range of continuous line furlers puts great performance and reliability within the reach of cruising and racing sailors alike. This gennaker furler combines minimum weight with optimised drum diameter for power and furling efficiency. The low profile design allows maximum luff length/sail area. The alloy drum features a ribbed rope groove profile for maximum grip on the furling line. The furling line self-ejects from the drum grip area as the sail unfurls for fast, smooth deployment. High performance ball bearings are factory sealed and maintenance free. The lower shackle can be replaced with RF6170 for quick attachment of the furler to your bow fitting. Can also be used with RF815 two-way link to allow use with alternate bow chain plate or U-bolt alignment configurations. Specified weight excludes shackle. Ronstan continuous line furling systems require the sail to be either completely unfurled or completely furled – the furler cannot be used with a partially furled sail.
