Outils Oceans
Outils Océans - French designer and manufacturer of textile and semi-rigid equipment since 1987. Outils Océans is a French designing and manufacturing company based in France (Saint-Evarzec, Brittany). From the beginning, Outils Océans innovated and filed a patent for tool bags based on the concept of a semi-rigid frame. The range quickly expanded to include briefcases and the first custom-made nautical equipment was created with the help of renowned sailors such as Eric Tabarly. Their open rope bags have been developed to stow lines (halyards, sheets…) flaked and ready to run. Their installation is quick and easy. Outils Oceans rope bags have been developed in collaboration with racers and have been proven to be solid and long lasting. Racing by Outils Oceans has been created to answer the call for lightweight sturdy rope bags and accessories. With a new design and material, Racing rope bags are on average 20% lighter. They retain their shape and don’t deform. Solid and durable, they have been tested on the new Ultime trimarans and IMOCA Open 60s. Featuring a quick fixation system to ensure easy installation and removal.
