Seasure products are trusted by Olympic and championship sailors worldwide and have received numerous design award nominations for their reliability, functionality, and durability in harsh marine environments.
Seasure Rudder Fittings
Seasure rudder fittings are precision machined from heat-treated corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy with a hard grey anodised finish for maximum protection. Pintles are cross-pinned for rigidity, and gudgeons come with optional low-friction carbon bushes. Sizes range from 25mm to 54mm, with weights from 47g to 127g. The Tiller Lock system features a sheave and lever cam mechanism that allows precise locking of the tiller with minimal effort and quick release in emergencies.
Sea sure Tiller Extensions
Seasure tiller extensions are made from aluminium with ergonomically designed Multiflex® handles for comfort and non-slip grip. Adjustable extensions range from 52cm to 102cm, with top-mounted release buttons for easy length adjustment without losing focus during racing. The Contact Tiller Extension Joints, designed by Derek Clark, are 50% larger for increased strength and include a simple C-clip for easy removal. The joints are compatible with 22mm and 25mm extensions, suitable for boats like the Musto Skiff, RS700, and 49er.
Seasure Trapeze Gear
Manufactured from electro-polished 316 stainless steel, Seasure trapeze handles, rings, and hooks offer maximum corrosion resistance. Handles are available in tubular and power-grip designs, with weights ranging from 50g to 75g. Rings feature shock cord bars for positioning, and complete trapeze sets include spliced terylene lines and cleats for quick adjustments.
Sea sure Blocks
Sea sure blocks include 19mm and 28mm carbon fibre cheeked ball race blocks, with stainless steel ball bearings and graphite-loaded POM sheaves. Breaking loads range from 530kg to 1600kg, with weights from 13g to 118g. The 25mm stainless sheave blocks feature double rows of captive stainless steel balls, 316 stainless steel construction, and breaking loads up to 950kg. The Infinity Furler, made using 3D printing technology, combines a stainless steel central column with a lightweight drum, offering a breaking load of 1000kg at just 135g.
Sea sure Shock Mitigation Units
Sea sure shock mitigation units, developed with SKYDEX Inc., reduce whole-body vibration on high-speed craft. Units are retrofittable, tested in-house and on water, and designed for leisure, commercial, and search-and-rescue use. They include seat suspension units with SKYDEX insoles and decking solutions for enhanced comfort and reduced fatigue during extended operations.
Seasure Deck Hardware
Seasure deck hardware includes cleats, fairleads, rollers, and eye plates made from AISI 316 stainless steel. Cleats are moulded from marine-grade nylon for lightweight strength, while fairleads feature steel liners for durability. Eye plates come in various sizes with polished finishes to prevent line wear.
Seasure integrates advanced materials like carbon fibre, anodised aluminium, and stainless steel into its products. Innovations include Infinity Furler’s 3D-printed design, SKYDEX shock mitigation technology, and Multiflex® ergonomic handles. Seasure’s commitment to quality is evident in its in-house design, testing, and manufacturing processes, ensuring reliable performance and long-term durability in demanding marine environments.
