LOOP® Products where born in 2005 in the early years of the development of soft solutions for deck equipment. First Blocks, later shackles, thimbles, connectors and organizers are now part of this innovative product line. Manufactured in Germany, this high quality range uses highest grade, hard anodised aluminium together with Gottifredi Maffioli HTR treated SK75 and SK78 Dyneema® line. The resulting products are extremely light, durable and incredibly strong – up to 15 times stronger than equivalent steel fittings. Advantages of soft blocks and shackles. Loop® blocks and shackles can be up to 90% lighter than traditional metallic blocks and connectors. The Dyneema® loops never jam when overloaded and so they can always be released quickly and effortlessly in an emergency. Soft solutions do far less damage to masts, decks, sails and topsides and are very long lasting.
