The FX+ range of continuous line furlers enable code zero's and gennakers to be hoisted and furled easily, quickly and safely. The FX+ range has been designed to be ultra-compact in order to maximise sail luff length. Removable furling lines, captive quick release pins, lightweight carbon fibre bodies and robust bearing mechanisms further simplify their use and minimise maintenance. The Facnor FX+7000 Click Furling Pack includes the FX+7000 Click Furling drum with snap shackle, the FX+7000 Swivel with HR Shackle and a neoprene swivel protective cover. The FX+7000-Click Furling drum is identical to the standard FX+7000 drum but with the ratchet mechanism pre-installed. This self-locking device prevents the sail from accidentally unfurling if the line is released mid-furl or during hoisting and lowering. The ratchet works with both clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation. This mechanism should not be used for reefing!
