Despite its compact size, it delivers the same efficiency and reliability as its larger counterparts, making it an ideal solution for smaller sails and sailboats.
Manufactured from anodised aluminium, the KF0.9 is lightweight yet highly durable. It features a lashing eye on the swivel for secure attachment and an innovative 2-in-1 K-Snap snap shackle under the drum. This versatile shackle doubles as a standard snap shackle or a 2:1 friction sheave, providing flexibility for various rigging configurations.
The Karver KF0.9 Furler Set includes a bottom-up drum and swivel, ensuring smooth and reliable furling operation. While this model does not include the Karver locking system on the drum or swivel protection, it focuses on delivering efficient furling in a lightweight and compact design tailored to smaller boats.

- Anti-Torsion Rope: Use a high-quality anti-torsion rope for optimal performance, even with smaller sails.
- Swivel Lashing Eye: If you prefer not to tie a knot, consider using a textile shackle for a secure and neat connection.
- Large Chainplates: If the deck chainplate is too large for the snap shackle, a short Dyneema® loop can serve as a practical intermediary.
- Compatibility Note: The KF1 thimble is not compatible with the KF0.9 fork—ensure correct fittings for optimal performance.
